About the Role

We're looking for a Freelance Junior Marketing Coordinator who's passionate about digital marketing and enjoys working across multiple brands.

This role is ideal for someone who understands technical marketing (Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Pixel, retargeting, and lead generation) and can also coordinate creative content production in line with marketing calendars.

You'll help ensure our campaigns are well-executed, our content is delivered on time, and all client profiles are optimized and performing at their best.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and monitor Meta Business Suite campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, and performance reporting.

- Manage Meta Pixel setup and conversion tracking to ensure accurate data and optimization.

- Support lead generation and retargeting strategies to nurture warm audiences.

- Plan and maintain marketing content calendars for multiple brands, ensuring posts align with campaign goals.

- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and videographers to ensure assets are ready and on schedule.

- Keep all social media profiles, websites, and backlinks optimized and up to date.

- Track campaign performance, generate basic reports, and provide actionable insights.

- Stay up to date with trends, platform updates, and new advertising features.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media coordination.

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager / Meta Business Suite.

Understanding of Facebook Pixel, conversion tracking, and retargeting.

Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and UTM parameters.

Excellent organization and time management skills.

Strong communication to coordinate between creative and strategy teams.

Familiarity with tools like Canva, Asana is a plus
