Job Description

What We're Looking For

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with

minimum 3 years PQE

, in litigation

Strong track record in

commercial litigation, property disputes, or fraud

Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple matters simultaneously Excellent drafting, advocacy preparation, and communication skills Discreet, loyal, and commercially pragmatic Willing to work predominantly from our Birmingham office
Must be qualified (admitted to the Roll)

Holds a current practicing certificate

UK Law Degree (LLB) or equivalent

OR any undergraduate degree + GDL (Graduate Diploma in Law)

Legal Practice Course (LPC) or SQE (new route)

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with a minimum of 3 years PQE in litigation

Strong track record in commercial litigation, property disputes, or fraud

Excellent drafting, advocacy preparation, and communication skills

Willing to work predominantly from our Birmingham office

3-7 years of experience in litigation

Must be located in commutable distance to Birmingham, England, United Kingdom
