The Opportunity
We are seeking an
Freelance Membership & Events Executive
to support the smooth delivery of our events programme and engagement of our valued members.
This role is perfect for someone with a passion for people, detail, and delivering exceptional experiences.
You will play a key part in event administration and preparation, as well as provide excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure members feel connected and engaged with our organisation.

The Amex Stadium

directors and leaders of SMEs
from B2B professional services and service providers, from
legal

finance

insurance

IT

marketing
, and many more.
This is an opportunity to further establish Network My Club as the go-to place for networking for SME directors and decision makers, and being an integral part of our plans to expand our membership and event locations UK wide (and beyond).
Key Responsibilities
Membership Support
Act as a first point of contact for member enquiries, delivering a friendly and professional service.
Support the sales team with administration of membership renewals, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate membership data and records using the CRM system.
Assist in producing member communications, newsletters, and engagement campaigns.
Help to develop and implement initiatives to increase member satisfaction and retention.
Events Support
Assist with the planning, coordination, and delivery of events, including conferences, workshops, and networking sessions.
Support pre-event logistics including venue coordination, supplier liaison, catering, delegate communications, and materials preparation.
Manage event registrations and maintain accurate attendee records.
Attend and provide on-site event support, including set-up, member liaison, and general troubleshooting.
Support with event content updates on the website as required.
Assist in the preparation of event reports, feedback summaries, and post-event evaluations.
What We're Looking For From You
Highly organised with care and attention for the details.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in an administrative, events, or customer service role.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM or database systems.
A warm, friendly, people person - able to confidently establish rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to support across different functions.
A curiosity driven individual, with a hunger to learn and grow.
