Greasepaint Performance Academy is a long-established, independent performing arts academy for children and young people aged 4-17 years based in Norfolk.

Running for 16 years we provide high-quality training in dance, drama and singing on a weekly basis over the school terms (x 10 Saturdays per term) - but most importantly we believe that every child is special and encourage self belief, confidence, team work, resilience, trust and creative, out of the box thinking, within a non judgmental environment.

We are currently on the hunt for a friendly and committed self-employed Manager / Drama Tutor to at our Norwich (Cringleford) venue.

Hours are 8.30am to 3pm each week, to include:

Welcoming children / taking registers. Leading on the drama classes (x 4 hours) Being the designated safeguarding lead (own training required). Being the approachable, friendly and professional point of contact for parental enquiries and questions - both via email and face to face. Managing freelance staff. Being the First Aid Lead (own training required). Undertaking administrative tasks Overseeing all classes and assisting when required. Creating and posting weekly social media content. Providing weekly update reports.
We are looking for an experienced Manager / Drama tutor who is friendly, confident, approachable, reliable, committed and professional; someone who can help shape the future of Greasepaint.

Please note this is a freelance position and requires applicants to supply their own DBS enhanced certificate, paediatric first aid training, designated safeguarding lead training and own insurance.
