Freelance Podcast Presenter

Manchester or Preston

Freelance role - working on average 2 days per month

We are the HLTH Group - the UK's leading provider of healthcare compliance solutions, leading in business-critical areas such as CQC and Ofsted Compliance, Recruitment, Training, HR, Marketing and Compliance services.

As part of our current offering, we run and deliver a growing podcast series which dives into impactful conversations and critical issues shaping the healthcare sector. We're now looking for a

freelance podcast presenter

to host and deliver engaging, high-quality episodes for our growing podcast series.

About the Role:

As our podcast presenter, you'll be the voice and personality our audience connects with. You'll guide conversations, interview guests, introduce segments, and help shape the overall tone and energy of the show.

Key Responsibilities:

Host and present podcast episodes with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm

Conduct interviews and lead discussions with guests (remote or in-person)

Carry out full and thorough research on all guests.

Collaborate with our content and production teams to plan and structure episodes

Record professional-quality audio

Maintain consistency with our brand voice and audience expectations

What We're Looking For:

Excellent verbal communication and storytelling skills

Prior experience hosting or appearing on podcasts, radio, or similar media

Comfortable speaking solo and in interview formats

Reliable, deadline-driven, and able to work independently

Knowledge or interest in the Healthcare sector.

This is a paid, freelance opportunity.

Flexible hours. Per-episode or project-based pay negotiable based on experience.

Recording will take place in either our Manchester or Preston office therefore travel to both will be required.

Pay: From 300.00 per day
