Freelance Project Manager

to oversee and deliver key projects in

Key Responsibilities

Manage interior fit-out and refurbishment projects from pre-construction through to handover. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards. Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, and report regularly to senior management. Lead site meetings, manage change control, and ensure stakeholder engagement throughout.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in project management within the construction or fit-out industry. Strong understanding of M&E coordination, design management, and contract administration. Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (preferred). Based in or able to commute to Oxford.
