We are hiring a driven, organized and motivated individual to become a Freelance Viewing Agent for our properties in Nottingham to help grow the UK's leading property investment company. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to break into the property industry, with the flexibility to work part-time alongside your current schedule

We have over 1,000 properties on the market right now and you'll play a key role in getting the sales across the line. The position comes with complete training and guidance from management so you don't need any experience in the industry. We'll make sure you're fully prepared and ready to go for your first viewing!

As the largest tenanted property sales company in the UK, this position is perfect for someone who is motivated, willing to work within a constantly improving environment and cares about providing the best possible service to their clients/customers.

Your responsibilities:

Arriving to appointments early and coming prepared with notes about the property Facilitating access to the property for the investor Guiding the investor around the property and ensuring the interaction occurs in an amicable manner Representing Let Property with professionalism at all times Ensuring tenants are comfortable throughout the entire experience Presenting the property to the investor using the information you have been provided with and explaining why it is a suitable investment
The best viewing agents not only ensure the visit goes ahead smoothly but are also very informative and helpful to investors by explaining why the property will prove to be a suitable investment. Ultimately, they give the investors the confidence to proceed and move the sale forward.

You must have a valid UK Drivers License and you must use your own vehicle.

You must be based in or around Nottingham as this is where your assigned properties will be.

You are paid on a per appointment basis so the more viewings you do, the more money you make!

Additionally, for exceptional performers, there are opportunities for viewing agents to be offered full time positions within Let Property as a selling agent. Therefore, if you are looking to pursue full time employment in property, this is a fantastic entry point.
