We are a fast-growing manufacturing startup preparing for a major growth phase. With our funding round completing in November, we are building the foundations of a strong team and culture.
We are seeking a recruiter who can begin on a freelance basis to source and engage top talent for our initial key roles. After funding, this role will evolve into a full-time HR/People Lead position, covering recruitment, onboarding, and HR processes as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
Freelance Phase (Now - November):
Define hiring needs with the founding team.
Source, approach, and manage candidates across multiple channels.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Coordinate candidate communications and interview scheduling.
Full-Time Phase (Post-November):
Manage end-to-end recruitment across the business.
Own onboarding and induction for new hires.
Develop HR policies, training, and culture initiatives.
Act as a partner to leadership on people and growth strategies.
Requirements
Experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (agency or in-house, startup/scale-up preferred).
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
Interest in expanding into a broader HR/People role.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Available to start immediately on a freelance/contract basis.
