Are you passionate about leveraging digital data to uncover meaningful insights? We are seeking a

Social & Digital Analyst

to join our Global Research & Analytics team. In this role, you'll collaborate with Fortune 500 clients, transforming complex social and digital analytics into strategic recommendations that drive business results.


The role




Start date = early June 2025 Duration = full time (4 to 5 days p/week) for an initial 3 months (potential opportunity for temp to perm for those interested).

The day to day




Research & Analysis: Design and implement research methodologies to collect and analyse social and digital data. Strategic Recommendations: Translate data-driven findings into high-level strategic insights for clients and internal teams. Client Partnership: Advise clients on integrating insights into their operations and outputs, becoming a trusted partner. Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of developments on key social platforms, leveraging them innovatively in your work. Quality Assurance: Ensure processes are followed, maintaining documentation and developing quality control plans. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with client stakeholders to align measurement approaches with business needs. Issue Escalation: Proactively identify and escalate issues impacting timelines, budgets, or data quality.

About you




Experience: minimum of 4 years in marketing or communications analytics, with a focus on social media. Project Management: Proven ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage projects effectively. Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok, including data sourcing and native analytics. Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools such as Sprinklr, Talkwalker, NewsWhip, Tubular, Brandwatch, Audiense, StatSocial, and Tagger. Influencer Analysis: Strong background in influencer identification, vetting, and monitoring. Trend Analysis: Ability to identify audience-relevant trends using various sources, including social and secondary research. Research Compilation: Skilled in compiling narratives from multi-source desk research. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and deductive reasoning abilities to translate findings into actionable insights. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting findings to diverse audiences. Adaptability: Self-starter with the ability to be flexible and precise under tight deadlines. Curiosity: Comfortable asking insightful questions to quickly get to the heart of issues while maintaining a big-picture perspective. Bonus: Experience with paid media tools, AI tools like ChatGPT or Google Gemini, or audience research tools like GlobalWebIndex.
