Drama Hub Sussex runs drama classes, youth-led theatre projects, and workshops in Worthing, Angmering, and surrounding areas. We're passionate about creativity, confidence-building, and making drama accessible to all young people.

We're looking for a

creative, results-driven social media content creator

who can help us

turn scrolls into sign-ups

across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

What You'll Do:

Plan, create, and post engaging content (photos, videos, Reels, TikToks) that shows the fun and creativity of our classes. Manage 3-4 posts per week across platforms. Post engaging, non-salesy updates in local Facebook community groups. Edit short videos from classes for social media. Respond to comments and messages promptly. Work with a small ad budget (50-100/month) to boost high-performing posts. Track and report on what content drives the most enquiries and sign-ups.

You Should Have:

Experience creating content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Skills in Canva, CapCut, or similar for quick, quality editing. An eye for great photos and short videos. Ability to write friendly, engaging captions that get clicks. Understanding of social media analytics and basic paid advertising. Knowledge of the Sussex parent/community market (preferred).

Hours & Pay:

Freelance: 8-10 hours per month. Pay is depending on experience. Flexible working (occasional on-site filming in Worthing/Angmering ideal). Initial 3-month contract, with potential to extend.
