Introduction

We are offering an exceptional opportunity for highly experienced and ambitious Solicitors to join our regulated law firm on a freelance basis. This role is specifically designed for practitioners who value independence but also seek the professional credibility, infrastructure, and resources of an established firm. Candidates will have the freedom to bring and manage their own clients while also gaining access to additional clients introduced by the firm.

Responsibilities

- Independently manage and expand your own caseload with a focus on Litigation, Conveyancing, and Immigration law.
- Represent clients under the umbrella of a fully regulated law firm.
- Ensure compliance and efficiency by utilising our advanced Case Management System (CMS).
- Collaborate seamlessly with our dedicated administrative and other team for effective case progression.
- Take on and deliver high-quality legal services to firm-introduced clients, in addition to managing your personal client base.
- Uphold the highest standards of professional ethics and client care in accordance with the SRA Code of Conduct.

Requirements

- Qualification as a Solicitor of England & Wales with a current practising certificate.
- A proven track record of successful case outcomes in one or more of the following practice areas: Litigation, Conveyancing, Immigration.
- Strong academic credentials, supported by relevant professional courses or specialist training.
- Demonstrable ability to manage complex matters independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in working with Case Management Systems (CMS) and adaptability to digital legal practice environments.
- An existing client following (highly desirable), with ambition to grow further under a respected law firm brand.
