The role
As a Supercar Driving Experience Instructor, you will support and supervise customers during pre booked driving experience days across UK circuits. This is a customer experience and safety focused role, ensuring guests enjoy their time in our vehicles in a controlled, professional and memorable way.
You will work as a freelance member of our events delivery team, engaged on an event by event basis subject to availability, performance and operational demand. Instructors are typically booked in advance for scheduled event days and are expected to arrive prepared, in uniform and ready to deliver a full day of customer facing activity.
This role does not involve driver training or qualifications. Customers already hold a full UK driving licence and are guided to safely enjoy the experience within defined limits.
A typical event day includes
Vehicle and safety briefings
Repeated in car experience sessions with customers
Working closely with the wider events team
Opportunities to earn commission on the day
Instructors remain on duty for the full duration of the event day unless otherwise agreed. Flexibility is required to accommodate weather, scheduling changes and operational requirements. A consistent, professional and safety first approach is essential at all times.
Key responsibilities
Supervise customers during supercar driving experience sessions
Provide calm, clear in car guidance to ensure safe and enjoyable experiences
Monitor customer behaviour and intervene early where required
Uphold professional standards & represent Everyman Driving Experiences positively
Protect vehicles through mechanically sympathetic driving
Report vehicle faults, incidents or concerns promptly
Follow event schedules, safety procedures & instructions from event leadership
Work collaboratively with event staff to support smooth event delivery
Essential requirements
Full UK driving licence
Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm and authoritative
Strong safety focused mindset with zero tolerance for unsafe behaviour
Reliable and professional approach to freelance commitments
Flexibility to work full event days and adapt to changing conditions
Comfortable working in a fast paced, customer facing events environment
Preferred background
Advanced driving qualifications or professional high performance driving background
Motorsport, track day or performance driving experience
HGV, PCV or specialist vehicle licences
Previous experience supervising or guiding customers in a driving, events or high risk environment

This is a freelance, self employed role
Work is offered on an event-by-event basis
Instructors are typically booked in advance, subject to availability & performance
Full day availability is required on booked event dates
