Overview

Empeiria Training is seeking experienced Freelance Health & Social Care Trainers to deliver high-quality, engaging training to learners across the North West and throughout the UK.

This role is ideal for experienced professionals from the health and social care sector who are also confident and competent trainers. We are particularly keen to hear from trainers qualified in Moving & Handling and First Aid.

Courses You Will Deliver:

(Depending on experience and qualifications, trainers will deliver one or more of the following)

Moving & Handling (including safer people handling) First Aid (EFAW, FAW and refresher courses) Health & Social Care training (e.g. Safeguarding Adults/Children, MCA/LPS, Person-Centred Care, Autism and Neurodiversity) Positive Behaviour Support and behaviour management Mental Health and Wellbeing Leadership and Management Health & Safety Face-to-face, onsite and blended delivery

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, learner-centred training aligned with Empeiria Training standards Adapt delivery to meet client and learner needs Maintain accurate attendance and assessment records Provide constructive feedback and learner support Represent Empeiria Training professionally at all times

Essential Requirements

Minimum Level 3 in Adult Education and Training / PTTLS (or equivalent) Significant experience working within the health and social care sector Proven experience delivering training to adult learners Strong communication and facilitation skills Willingness to travel for UK-wide delivery

Desirable / Specialist Qualifications

Moving & Handling Instructor qualification (e.g. RoSPA or equivalent) First Aid Instructor qualification Additional specialist sector qualifications

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: 150.00-180.00 per day
