Builds stamina, de-stresses and helps to tone and condition
Accessible, motivational and entertaining
Varied dance styles and genres

What we can't live without:
Must be passionate about fitness and dance
Must hold an NVQ level 2 in fitness or ETM
Preferably holds a recognised Dance qualification or equivalent in professional experience
Must have a desire to teach
Must live out our values by inspiring people, having fun and always learning, always improving
Good to excellent technique
Dynamic personality to motivate and teach participants
