Location:

Hannah Food Service, Skelmersdale

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 14:00pm - 22:00pm (40 hours per week, 37.5 hours per week paid)

Salary:

23,809.50 per annum

OTE:

25,309.50 per annum (with discretionary bonus after a successful 6-month probationary period completed)

full-time, permanent Freezer Replenner Warehouse Operative

to ensure our frozen stock is replenished and organised accurately and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Freezer Replenisher, you'll be responsible for:

Replenishing and putting away stock into correct freezer locations Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area Identifying and removing damaged goods from pick locations, escalating when necessary Ensuring efficient use of space to maximise warehouse productivity Working collaboratively with other warehouse teams to support smooth operations Assisting the picking team when required Operating MHE (Material Handling Equipment) safely (training provided) Following all PPE and health & safety procedures

What You'll Need

In-date

Reach Truck Licence

(RTITB or ITSSAR) -

Essential

Ability to work in both freezer and chiller environments (PPE provided)

Good time management and attendance record

Strong communication and numerical skills

Experience in a warehouse environment -

desirable

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced setting

Pay & Bonus

Hourly Rate:

12.21

Annual Salary:

23,809.50 per annum

Discretionary Monthly Bonus:

125.00 per month (after a successful 6-month probation)

Total On-Target Earnings (OTE):

25,309.50 per annum
