TK Transport and Forwarding is a freight forwarding company based in Harlow, UK. We provide comprehensive freight forwarding services to clients worldwide, ensuring smooth and efficient transportation of goods across borders.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Freight Forwarder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics process, including pricing, coordinating shipments, arranging transportation, and handling customs clearance. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and grow within a thriving company.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage international shipments, including arranging transportation by road.

Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Handle customs clearance procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and documentation requirements.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all shipments.

Bringing new customers on board

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics.

Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.

A proactive and results-driven attitude.
