Grade: O
Location: Belfast, Airport Road
Shift pattern: Mon-Thur 8am - 5pm, Fri 8.30am - 2.30pm
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

We make promises to our customers, and we\'ll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • To manage and arrange inbound and outbound shipments;
  • To assist in the clearance of imports;
  • Booking and tracking of deliveries to end customer;
  • Communication with the customer through reports and email;
  • Monitoring and adhering to formal KPI\'s;
  • Completing all paperwork processes;
  • Deliver accurate information to support achievement of service level agreements, targets and reports in timely manner.

  • Possess a minimum of 12 months administration experience from within a customer environment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Organisational (task prioritisation) and administration skills;
  • Numerical & IT Skills;
  • Customer focus and detail oriented approach to work.;
  • Ability to read, understand and follow directions/instructions;
  • Knowledge of SAP;
  • Data analysis & problem solving skills.
