Freight Sales Executive

Responsibilities

Proactively source and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding (air, sea, and road). Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs. Prepare and deliver tailored freight solutions and quotations. Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

Skills required

Previous experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales is essential. Strong track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, and customs regulations (preferred). Valid driver's license and willingness to travel when required.
