IDS is looking for a new member to join our busy International Customer Support Team located at our office in Newton Abbot as a French speaking Customer Support Agent. Sharing our passion, the successful candidate will help shape positive interactions with all our customers. You will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional Customer Service for Dance Teachers and their students, whilst generating additional sales through understanding customer needs.
The successful applicant will receive on the job training to bring them up to speed with our way of working, and our products. You be an excellent communicator who is always happy to go the extra mile, as well as IT literate (Word and Outlook) with good administration skills to match. Using your strong relationship building skills you will provide exceptional customer service and will enjoy our fun and friendly office culture.

To take ownership of customer enquiries, quotes and orders, proactively seeking answer's to queries via telephone, e-mail, live chat, social media, and in person;
To achieve and exceed customer service targets and KPIs through prospecting, regular customer calls and understanding the customer needs;
To know our products, seek cross and up-selling opportunities, increasing individual order value and overall revenue through inbound and outbound customer communication;
To actively prospect new customers and proactively maintain customer relationships;
To accurately record and update all information using the internal systems;
To resolve complaints positively, and understanding when to escalate;
To maintain confidentiality in relation to personal data held in accordance with GDPR;
To develop and maintain cross-departmental relationships, working in cohesion to find a solution;
To assist with events where required.
