The Role:




We are looking for a

French-speaking Marketing & Content Executive

who will play a hands-on role building and localising our email campaigns, managing the social media account, and supporting a range of brand communications such as packaging and website translations for our French audience.



You will be responsible for making sure our tone and messaging feel on brand while being culturally aligned and relevant to the French market. You will work closely with the CRM (email + SMS marketing) and social media teams to adapt global campaigns and produce market-specific copy and content.




The role is ideal for someone who writes and speaks well in French, is confident on social platforms (and willing to get in front of the camera!), enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to learn how to grow and engage a community.



You will report into the CRM and Retention lead with close links to our brand and social media teams. Please note this role is based in our London head office.

Some of your responsibilities:



Email marketing





Build and schedule French-language email campaigns in Klaviyo, ensuring they are a natural fit for the French market. Work with our creative team to brief in email content (graphic design + photography) Maintain and refine automated email flows (welcome sequences, replenishment reminders, etc.) and implement performance-based optimisations. Monitor email and social performance metrics and identify improvements or tests you could run.

Social Media





Manage the French social media accounts and post organic content. Participate in the weekly social media meetings across UK, US, FR, and DE accounts, contributing ideas and input. Adapt global content to a French audience and ensure the tone and cultural references land. You will get stuck into Canva and build the content yourself, utilising our creative assets! Keep an eye on social trends, cultural moments, and platform behaviours relevant to French audiences and feed these back into creative planning Analyse performance and adapt content to maximise engagement Ideally be comfortable to film yourself and be on the French IG account Skilled in content creation and editing on tools like Capcut

Translation





Translate and localise product copy on the website, packaging text, website pages, and launch material for new product releases Act as an internal guardian for French language content, ensuring it's consistent, friendly, and aligned with Wild's tone

What we need from you:

Native or near-native/fluent written French, with exceptional spelling and grammar 1-2 years of digital marketing experience - whether that's email marketing, social media, or wider digital marketing Clear, engaging writing style that can adapt to Wild's witty, informal brand ton Comfortable learning new tools (such as Klaviyo and Thoughtspot).Experience building email or CRM campaigns would be beneficial. Comfortable on-camera for French (FR) and familiar with creating content online Curious, proactive and ready to take ownership of projects Analytical ability to look at performance and numbers Strong attention to detail and able to manage multiple projects at the same time.

Nice to Have

(but not required)

Copywriting experience (even student projects or personal content counts) Experience in social media filming and editing videos (e.g. through Capcut)
