We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Installations Co-ordinator to join our team, working from our office in Newtown five days per week Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with our clients and arranging the installation of our upgraded equipment, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Fluency in French, along with strong data entry skills, will be advantageous. The Coordinator will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of service delivery.
Duties
Contacting customers to verify booking data and scheduling of 2G upgrade visits.
Managing daily targets to ensure the swaps are being completed on time.
Liaising with installers and installer diary management.
Control of stock shipments
Ensuring communication via phone/email is recorded.
Minimising customer attrition, updating on progress and feedback back to Team Leader any customers at risk.
Experience
French mother tongue essential (written and spoken)
Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills.
Ability to multi-task or move easily between jobs.
Ability to be calm and empathetic with customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: 25,000.00-26,000.00 per year
