Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and responsible Babysitter/Nanny to provide exceptional care for children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development while engaging them in fun and educational activities. This role requires flexibility, creativity, and strong communication skills to effectively interact with both children and parents.

Responsibilities

Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times. Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Assist with homework and educational tasks, fostering a love for learning. Prepare meals and snacks, catering to dietary needs and preferences. Maintain a clean and organised environment, including tidying up after activities. Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns. Provide transportation for children as needed, ensuring safe travel to activities or appointments.

Skills

French speaking Experience in childcare or nannying, Strong driving skills with a valid driver's licence for transporting children safely. Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with both children and parents. Patience, creativity, and adaptability in various situations involving children of different ages.
