Le poste

Nous recherchons un guide touristique francophone pour animer nos visites guidees exclusives a Londres. Vous accompagnerez nos groupes de 20 participants maximum dans la decouverte des sites emblematiques de la capitale britannique.

Missions principales

Animer les tours Releve de la Garde (2h30) Conduire des visites au British Museum et autres sites touristiques Accueillir et guider des groupes francophones expatries Partager votre passion pour l'histoire et la culture britannique Assurer une experience conviviale et enrichissante
Profil recherche

Parfaite maitrise du francais

(natif ou bilingue)

Excellente connaissance de Londres

et de son histoire Experience en guidage touristique appreciee Personnalite dynamique et pedagogue Capacite a creer du lien avec la communaute francophone Ponctualite et professionnalisme

Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable French speaker Tour Guide to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sharing local history and culture with visitors, providing them with an engaging and informative experience. As a Tour Guide, you will lead groups through various attractions, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and informed throughout their journey.

Responsibilities

Conduct guided tours of designated sites, providing historical context and interesting anecdotes to enhance the visitor experience. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, answering questions and encouraging interaction. Prepare and maintain tour materials, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Manage group dynamics effectively, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all participants. Collaborate with management to develop new tour routes and improve existing ones based on guest feedback. Stay informed about local events, attractions, and any changes that may affect tours.

Requirements

Previous experience in a guiding or customer service role is preferred but not essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Strong knowledge of local history, culture, and attractions is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required. A valid driver's licence may be necessary for certain tour routes. A passion for storytelling and a friendly disposition are essential traits for success in this role.
