Airquee Inflatables, Europe's largest manufacturer of inflatables and air structures, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic

French-speaking Sales Executive

to bounce into our team!

With a reputation for quality and innovation, we design and build everything from classic bouncy castles to mind-blowing inflatable parks - supplying leisure operators, event companies, and big-name brands across Europe.

What You'll Be Doing

Building Relationships:

Develop and nurture lasting connections with clients across French-speaking markets (and beyond).

Cold Calling & Lead Generation:

Pick up the phone, make introductions, and help new clients discover why Airquee is the number one name in inflatables.

Driving Sales:

Manage the full cycle - from first "hello" to closing the deal - and support clients after the sale.

Consultative Selling:

Get creative! Understand client needs and help shape bespoke inflatable solutions that wow.

Networking:

Represent Airquee at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Collaboration:

Team up with design, production, and marketing to deliver exceptional service.

Market Insight:

Keep an eye on trends, competitors, and opportunities - especially in Dutch and German-speaking regions.

What We're Looking For

Languages:

Native or high-level French, plus strong English (written and spoken).

Sales Skills:

Proven B2B experience - bonus points if it's in manufacturing, leisure, or events.

Confidence on the Phone:

Comfortable with cold calling and sparking conversations with new prospects.

Relationship Builder:

Natural ability to connect and build trust with clients.

Target Driven:

Motivated by goals, results, and commissions.

Organised & Efficient:

Able to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines.

Tech-Savvy:

CRM systems and Microsoft Office are second nature.

Flexible & Mobile:

Willing to travel in the UK and occasionally Europe.

Fun Factor:

A love of creative, innovative products - and not taking life too seriously!
