Job Description

The Italian Bakery is looking for a Front Counter Assistant to work at our Italian Bakery in Wareham in the evenings for our Street Pizza Brand. We are looking for an individual to have a passion for food and working with people. We are a well-known, busy bakery, pizza delivery and take away and coffee shop.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Full time role: 6/7 hours per day for 5 evenings (including weekends) up to 35 hours per week.

Part time role: 6/7 hours per day for 2-3 evenings (including weekends) approx 10-15 hours per week.

Approx 4pm to 9/10pm shifts Full or part time Over 18 years old (due to sale of alcohol) You will take orders over the phone, face to face and via our app. Scheduling deliveries of takeaway Pizza to our customers, communicating to them with deliveries times. Experience in cash handling and customer service experience is desirable Delivering exceptional customer service to all our customers Passionate about food and confident in dealing with the public Working with experienced team members who will train you to a high standard comply with Health & Safety and hygiene guidelines including Allergens.
