Job description
Administrator Role:
From 6-20 hours per week
Ensures clinic processes and procedures run smoothly and supports the clinic owner by carrying out common office duties. Maintains a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to patients visiting the clinic, enquiring online, and via telephone.
Office Administrator Skills and Qualifications:
Prior Office Experience Preferred; Strong Attention to Detail; Ability to Work Without Supervision; Exceptional Communication and Customer Service Skills; Technical Skills, Including Proficiency With Microsoft Office Programs; Ability to Handle Confidential Information; Strong Record Keeping Skills; Presentation Skills, Including Welcoming Patients to the clinic; Ability to Multitask
