What exactly you will be doing...


Provide exceptional service that leaves every guest feeling valued and cared for. Communicate seamlessly with all departments to ensure every request is fulfilled and every detail is handled. Answer calls with warmth and professionalism -- ensuring guests hang up smiling. Keep the front desk running smoothly, from check-ins and check-outs to special requests and surprises. Learn and retain complete knowledge of front office procedures and comply with all policies and procedures. Learn and retain knowledge of all front office technical systems (HMS, EAM, Guestware, GoConcierge, etc). Ensure all guest questions requests are completed followed up on while executing fabulous guest service.

What we're looking for:

A people person with a great sense of humor and a passion for hospitality. Strong communication and multitasking skills. The ability to stay calm, kind, and collected under pressure. A genuine desire to create memorable experiences.

Background must-have:

1-2 years' experience in a Front Desk Agent position within a hotel Current right to work in the UK Ability to work onsite evening, weekends and holidays on flixible shift pattern
