Roles and Responsibilities



Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for attention. Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines. Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments Maintenance of company assets (Car, House etc.) Liaise with vendors for the repairs, maintenance etc. Should handle travel, banking-related activities, couriers and general office administration activities. Minimum 5 years of experience required in front desk.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
