We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Front Desk Receptionist / Clinic Administrator
to join our growing team. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone with prior experience in beauty/aesthetic clinics who is confident managing bookings, supporting doctors and therapists, handling stock, and engaging clients professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations: client bookings, scheduling, payments, and daily clinic coordination.
Provide excellent customer service and client communication both in-person and via phone/email.
Assist in treatment sales by explaining services and recommending packages.
Support clinic operations including stock management, ordering supplies, and maintaining records.
Assist with admin tasks, documentation, and compliance checks.
Contribute to social media management: posting updates, replying to client queries, and maintaining online engagement.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience working in a
beauty or aesthetics clinic
in a front desk/admin role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
Confident in selling treatments, packages, and managing client relationships.
Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
Comfortable with digital booking systems and social media platforms.
