Job Description
We're recruiting exceptional Front Desk Team to co-ordinate the work of our Stylists, Colourists, and Salon Assistants and to create to un-rivalled guest experience in our boutique Aveda Lifestyle in the heart of Fitzrovia,.
We're looking for:
Stand out personal presentation together with a confident, welcoming, service-oriented disposition
An excellent telephone manner, with first-rate communication skills, and fluency in English.
First rate organisation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task with a discerning, high-volume clientele.
A great work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude that relishes the demanding situations that most find difficult.
At least 1-year previous salon Front Desk experience or similar customer facing experience in the hospitality sector.
We're Offering:
Salary 25,000 rising to 31,000 (40-hour week, Tuesday - Saturday) .
28 days paid holiday per annum
