The Role

We are seeking a Front-End Developer (Full Stack capable) who can own projects end-to-end -- from frontend architecture to backend logic and database integration. While your core focus will be building sleek, high-performance UIs with Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, you should also be confident working on backend modules, APIs, and data layers within our TypeScript-based ecosystem.

This is not a role for someone who needs constant direction -- we want builders. People who take initiative, figure things out, and deliver. You'll have the freedom to shape architectures, make technical decisions, and work on complex integrations including AI-powered features using the latest models and APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

Build, optimise, and maintain modern, responsive front-end applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. Design and develop backend services, APIs, and integrations within our TypeScript / Node.js environment. Integrate AI models and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Hugging Face, etc.) into our applications to enhance automation, analytics, and user experiences. Architect scalable solutions that balance performance, reliability, and maintainability. Manage database interactions using SQL and ORM frameworks. Collaborate with designers and product owners to turn ideas into intuitive, high-impact user experiences. Ensure best practices across coding, testing, and CI/CD workflows. Take complete ownership of assigned projects -- from design and development to deployment and iteration. Contribute to system architecture discussions and product planning sessions. Continuously explore and implement new technologies to keep our platforms at the leading edge.
Required Skills & Experience

2-4 years of professional experience in front-end or full-stack development. Expert-level proficiency in: Next.js TypeScript React.js Tailwind CSS Node.js / Express SQL (PostgreSQL / MySQL / MSSQL) Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and component design patterns. Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints. Comfortable working with backend logic, authentication flows, and database models. Experience deploying to cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or Vercel). Knowledge of AI model APIs (OpenAI GPT-4/5, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and experience integrating them into production systems. Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Docker. Strong understanding of modern software architecture principles and security best practices. Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Bonus: Exposure to Python or C# (useful for integrating with external APIs).
