About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on

Front End Tech Lead

who combines strong technical depth with practical leadership. You'll guide a full-stack team through architectural decisions, clean implementation, and high-quality delivery while staying close to the code. Working alongside a Solution Architect and Product Owner, you'll turn platform strategy into working software, mentor engineers, refine designs, unblock progress, and uphold engineering excellence.

You are the team's technical anchor: part architect, part builder, part coach.

What You'll Do

Own the team's technical direction, architecture, and delivery quality. Break down solution architecture into actionable designs, interfaces, and plans. Collaborate closely with the Solution Architect to stay aligned with platform standards. Work with the Product Owner to shape stories, epics, and scope. Define and enforce non-functional requirements: scalability, performance, security, observability. Stay hands-on spikes, POCs, code reviews, production debugging, and everything in between. Mentor engineers, review PRs thoughtfully, and elevate coding practices. Identify and resolve technical risks, blockers, and ambiguity early. Champion clean architecture, automated testing, CI/CD, and modern delivery practices. Represent your team's technical direction across architecture and product forums.

Must-Have Experience

8+ years

software engineering, with tech leadership on product or feature teams. Deep proficiency with

TypeScript, React, Node.js

, and modern web architecture. Experience with

GraphQL

microservices

, and

NoSQL

(MongoDB or similar). Strong grasp of CI/CD, trunk-based development, and DevOps best practices. Solid understanding of release processes and branching strategies. Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven ability to mentor and grow engineers.
