Aspire Information Technologies Ltd is seeking a highly creative and skilled

Front-End UI & UX Designer

to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will design engaging, user-centred digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role requires close collaboration with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to create intuitive interfaces, improve usability, and deliver seamless end-to-end user journeys. Candidates must demonstrate strong expertise in digital design, interaction design, and front-end development principles, supported by a solid portfolio of previous work. Familiarity with modern design tools, prototyping software, and web development technologies is essential.

Responsibilities

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, and Zeplin. Conduct user research and analysis to gather insights that inform design decisions. Create responsive web designs that optimise usability across devices using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, SCSS, and other front-end technologies. Collaborate with developers to implement designs effectively within frameworks such as React, Angular, WordPress, and Drupal. Apply information architecture principles to organise content logically and intuitively. Utilise data analysis skills and tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Target to evaluate user behaviour and improve interface performance. Engage in requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure designs meet specified requirements and usability standards. Incorporate design patterns and interaction design principles to create seamless user experiences. Maintain consistency in visual language through the use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other digital design tools. Stay updated with the latest trends in UX/UI design, web development frameworks, and emerging technologies such as AWS, APIs, and Unity.

Experience

Proven experience in UX/UI design for web applications or digital products. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and interaction design. Proficiency in front-end development languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and frameworks like React or Angular). Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes within product development environments. Experience working with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or similar platforms is advantageous. Knowledge of usability testing methodologies and user research techniques. Ability to analyse data using SQL or Google Analytics to inform design improvements. Experience with collaborative tools such as Jira, SharePoint, Visio, Balsamiq, Axure, Telerik or Zeplin is desirable. Familiarity with cloud services like AWS or Unreal Engine is a plus but not essential.
