Job overview




We have an opportunity for a Receptionist to support our Front of House team. You will provide a front of house service to Delamere Resource Centre, Crewe, which contains a number of Mental Health and Wellbeing Services. We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team. You should possess commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of work.



We are a supportive, competent and caring team. We aim to provide high quality administrative support services to our service users, carers and colleagues across the resource centre.



We will ensure that you have access to internal opportunities for development with access to supervision and appraisal.



CWP has adopted the Living Wage. Where the standard Agenda for Change hourly rate is below the Living Wage, pay will be supplemented to this level.

Main duties of the job




This role will involve answering telephone queries for our Community Mental Health services within the Central Cheshire area; including contact with service users, carers, families and professionals, and dealing with or forwarding / redirecting telephone calls as appropriate.



Applicants should have an enthusiastic, professional and pleasant manner at all times and have a flexible, "can do" approach. You will be someone who uses their initiative, common sense, and has excellent communication and organisational skills. Service with a smile goes a long way!



Full training will be given.
