Job Description

We are looking for a positive, friendly, and enthusiastic individual to join our small and welcoming close-knit team here at Karma Salford Hall hotel in Abbots Salford, near Evesham.

Our ideal candidate would be positioned in our Front of House team, with a dual aspect role to cover assisting our reception, restaurant and bar team during our busiest periods. Part time and full time positions are available, however weekend availability is essential.

The successful applicant will mainly be available at weekends alongside potential week days when the hotel is busy.

Hotel experience is not essential, as training will be given on the job. Please submit your CV and a covering letter to our Deputy Operations Manager. The role is available with an immediate start date. We look forward to hearing from you.

Tasks to include:

-Assisting our friendly breakfast team in the morning, ensuring guests have a great start to the day

- Welcoming visitors and guests to the hotel with a smile

- Checking guests in and out at reception

- Showing guests to rooms and assisting with their luggage where applicable

- Liaising with guests whilst always upholding professional standards

- Handling queries from guests and colleagues in an efficient manner

- Taking payments and handling cash responsibly

- Processing bookings and queries on the telephone, via email and face to face

- Willingness to work as team and jump in to assist colleagues and guests as and when required

- Anticipate guest needs and exceed their expectations wherever possible

Please note that due to the beautiful location of the property it can be difficult to reach with public transport, therefore access to your own transport is advisable
