We're expanding our front of house team and we're on the lookout for a full-time Front of House Assistant to join us!

WHO WE ARE

A small independent brunch restaurant in Heaton. We make many elements of our dishes in-house with a focus on using quality local ingredients cooked over live fire. We're a friendly, hard-working team who care about good food and great service.

THE ROLE / WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You'll be involved in all aspects of service, including greeting and seating guests, running food and drinks, maintaining a clean and organised restaurant and supporting the team with day-to-day tasks. You'll also be responsible for basic opening/closing duties and helping to keep service running smoothly.

This is a fast-paced role and you'll need to multitask, stay organised and manage your time well. You'll be confident using your initiative, working independently when needed and be a strong team player.

Great customer service is really important to us. We're looking for someone who is friendly, approachable, attentive and professional.

We're a small, friendly team that relies on strong communication. You'll be someone who thrives in a team-based environment.

We're looking for someone with hospitality and barista experience for this position.

Hours will usually average around 30 - 37 per week and you must be available to work weekends.
