Aneurin Leisure is seeking a friendly and professional Front of House Assistant to join our team at the historic Bedwellty House and Park. This role offers a unique chance to be the face of our beautiful venue and contribute to our visitors' memorable experiences.
Welcome and assist visitors, providing exceptional customer service
Manage reception area, handle phone calls, and respond to public inquiries
Promote house events and activities
Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records
Assist with administrative tasks, including word processing and correspondence
Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 3 GCSEs (A-G) including Maths and English
Previous experience in a customer-facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Cash handling experience
NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (desirable)
Welsh language skills (desirable)
