Front of House Assistant/Barista - 37.5 hrs per week Mon - Fri

We have a fantastic opportunity to work within a brand new client cafe facility launching this month.

Working with the brilliant team at Hale Hamilton, you will join Thomas and Tate's mission to create incredible food and beverage experiences for every customer we serve. In your role you will do basic food preparation as well delivering amazing customer service and crafting beautiful barista coffee for our customers at Hale Hamilton.

Most importantly you will work as part of a team to ensure that we are the best part of every customer we serve's day . You will be trained on the safe handling of food as well as H&S, Safeguarding and the best kitchen practices.

We like to work hard, and have fun. You will be on your feet for the full shift, so you need to be comfortable with this and be happy to up your step count! All we ask for is a can-do positive attitude. If you bring this, we can train and support you with the rest. There will be some stocking of free issue areas and serving of hospitality included in the role from time to time.

Experience working in a cafe or restaurant is beneficial but not necessarily essential but is desired. We believe in creating careers not jobs and we offer NVQ training and apprenticeships to take you as far in your development as you want to go.
