We're recruiting for a Full timer to join our established team.

35 + hours

18yrs and older.

We're interested in talking to Bartenders/Servers all the same, as we cross train our team and have room to take on either then develop accordingly.

Full on site training will be provided. You would shadow one of senior team for your first couple weeks and have a few stage gates perfomance reviews. They will walk and talk you through every aspect.

We're confident in our training ability that we genuinely believe if hospitality is something that feels right for you, our standards and consistence with delivery will then set you up for a brilliant career.

100% Service Charge:

All of your hard-earned service charge and tips will go directly to you...as it always should! (rates in advert are inclusive of service charge, average is 2per hour extra.

Training & Development Program:

We will invest in the growth and success of our team. Our training and development program will offer stage gates for internal sign-offs that lead to pay increases, empowering our employees to reach their full potential. Think advanced bartenders, coffee champions and wine qualifications.

Uniform:

We provide a uniform to all our employees, ensuring a consistent and professional appearance that reflects our business. We e courage expression through your footwear...as long as your trainers or shoes are clean, then wear what you like!
