Monday to Friday, shifts between 7:00-15:30, 8:00-16:30, or 9:00-17:30

A Day in the Life of a FOH & Barista Supervisor:

Prepare specialty barista beverages to spec (latte art skills welcome!) Lead and develop a team of 4 baristas Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards Support the FOH Manager with product innovation and promotional planning Maintain accurate records and complete temperature checks Handle customer feedback and communicate with the Senior Management Team Manage stock levels, rotation, and monthly stock counts Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards Complete and sign off all required paperwork before shift end

You'll Be Set Up for Success If You Have:

Previous supervisory experience (minimum 1 year) Food safety knowledge Passion for hospitality and the food industry Advanced English communication skills Legal right to work in the UK and have resided for the past 5 years Latte art skills (not compulsory but a plus!)
