Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a memorable experience. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment, from greeting patrons to managing reservations. Experience with social media is a strong preference.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently. Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials and promotions. Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area, including tables, chairs, and waiting areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery. Assist in training new staff members as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality setting, is desirable but not essential. Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to engage with guests positively. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. A team player who is adaptable and willing to learn new skills. Pay: 12.21-14.71 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 35 per week
