We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our establishment, you will be the first point of contact ensuring and providing exceptional service throughout their visit.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimise guest flow.
Provide menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages with attention to detail.
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and waiting areas.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and effective communication regarding orders.
Assist in training new staff members as required, fostering a supportive team environment.
Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with company policies.
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is assential.
Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to engage with customer's
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A team player who can work collaboratively with others while also being self-motivated.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends as needed.
