Who We're Looking For:

Experience in a high-end restaurant or fine dining setting would be great but a passion for hospitality is essential. Strong attention to detail and organisation. Computer literacy. Knowledge of food, wine, and service etiquette (or a willingness to learn). A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Liaise professionally with guests via email and phone Work closely with the management team to organise and execute events Work as a team to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests. Maintain high standards of presentation and service etiquette. Contribute to a positive team culture as we work towards our AA Rosette ambitions.
