Responsibilities
Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and providing a positive first impression
Managing reservations and guest check-ins with accuracy and efficiency

Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the reception area
Handling guest requests promptly and professionally
Supporting team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Processing payments accurately using the designated systems
Upholding health and safety standards at all times
Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable manner
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided

Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends if required
