Job Summary:

As a Front of House Menber, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests. You will take orders, answer menu questions, suggest food and drink options, and ensure that guests have an outstanding dining experience. The ideal candidate is a friendly, proactive, and dependable individual who enjoys working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take and input customer orders accurately into the point-of-sale (POS) system. Provide menu recommendations, inform guests about daily specials, and answer any questions about food and beverages. Serve food and drinks to tables, ensuring that orders are delivered correctly and in a timely manner. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly. Handle payment transactions and process bills accurately. Maintain a clean and organized dining area and workstations. Assist with opening and closing tasks as needed, including setting up or clearing tables. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. Uphold the restaurant's high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and safety.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server in a restaurant environment preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy trays or dishes. A positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and commitment to providing excellent customer service. Basic math skills to handle cash and process payments. Flexible schedule and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
