Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming environment, and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. Responsibilities

Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and providing assistance as needed Managing reservations and seating arrangements efficiently Taking orders accurately and delivering exceptional service to maximise customer satisfaction Handling payments using the point-of-sale system with accuracy and professionalism Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and waiting areas Addressing customer enquiries promptly and courteously, resolving any issues effectively Supporting team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations Promoting special offers or events to enhance guest experience

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly approach Ability to work well under pressure in a lively environment Organised with strong attention to detail Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided Flexibility to work during peak times, including evenings and weekends if required A professional appearance and positive attitude are essential for representing our establishment effectively
