Front of House Receptionist | Private Medical & Aesthetics Clinic
Full-Time | 37.5 hours per week | Monday - Friday | Rotating shifts between 8am - 7.30pm | Occasional Saturday

Alternating weekly shifts of 8:00am - 4:00pm and 11:30am - 7:30pm(Friday 9.30am-5.30pm)
We are looking for an experienced and personable Front of House Receptionist to join our established medical aesthetics clinic. This is a pivotal role within the practice, suited to someone who takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience and who thrives in a polished, professional clinical environment.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will represent the clinic at all times, ensuring every interaction is welcoming, informative, and seamless. You will work closely with clinicians, the Director, and the wider team to support the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.

Reporting Lines
You will report directly to the Head of House, with additional reporting responsibilities to the Clinic Manager and Director.
The Role
Provide a warm, professional welcome to all patients attending the clinic
Manage patient enquiries in person, by telephone, email, and online
Coordinate clinician diaries to ensure efficient and accurate appointment scheduling
Ensure all patient documentation and medical forms are completed correctly
Process payments, refunds, and daily cash handling with accuracy and discretion
Rebook patients and confidently discuss appropriate treatment plans and subscription options
Support patients with skincare advice and retail product recommendations
Maintain immaculate standards across reception and patient areas
Manage and update the client database and CRM system
Open and close the clinic in line with procedures
Handle patient feedback professionally, escalating when required
Provide administrative support to the Director and wider clinic team
Collaborate with the in-house marketing manager on monthly social media content
Attend clinic training and remain up to date with industry developments
About You
You are calm, organised, and confident, with a naturally friendly manner and excellent communication skills. You understand the importance of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail in a medical setting and are passionate about delivering a premium patient journey.
Essential:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer service or Front of House role
Experience using a CRM or booking system
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Desirable:
Experience within medical aesthetics, healthcare, or a similar clinical environment
A genuine interest in patient care and safety in aesthetics.
