Front of House & Events Manager

to lead our team and make sure every guest who walks through our doors has an unforgettable experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, social environment and loves balancing the buzz of day-to-day service with the excitement of delivering standout events.

What You'll Be Doing Front of House



Lead, support, and inspire the FOH team to deliver warm, genuine, and efficient service. Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service across busy shifts. Handle reservations, walk-ins, and floor management with confidence. Manage stock levels, suppliers, and ordering for FOH needs. Keep on top of compliance -- from health & safety to licensing.

Events



Plan and run a variety of events, from private parties to ticketed nights and brand collaborations. Work directly with clients to bring their ideas to life, managing budgets and expectations along the way. Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and FOH teams to ensure events run seamlessly. Create event briefs, staffing schedules, and floor plans. Work alongside the marketing team to promote events and drive ticket sales.

Team & Culture



Recruit, train, and develop a motivated FOH team. Foster a fun, supportive, and professional work environment. Be the go-to person for problem-solving on the floor. Always look for ways to improve service, events, and guest experience.

What We're Looking For



Minimum

2 years' experience

in a similar FOH or events management role. A natural leader who knows how to motivate and get the best from their team. Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle service and events at the same time. Great communicator with confidence in dealing with guests, staff, and suppliers. Creative thinker who brings fresh ideas to events and promotions. Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and late nights.
