About the role:
As a key member of our front-of-house team, you'll deliver outstanding customer service and help create a welcoming, efficient, and professional environment for all guests and staff. You'll work closely with the Hospitality Manager, the Hospitality Chef, and a talented group of chefs and managers to ensure smooth service every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing friendly, professional service across food and beverage outlets
Supporting hospitality and catering events
Ensuring cleanliness, presentation, and organisation of service areas
Collaborating with the kitchen and service teams to maintain a high standard of delivery
Taking initiative to manage time effectively during busy shifts
What we're looking for:
Reliable, self-motivated individuals with a positive attitude
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Experience in hospitality or retail is desirable, but not essential
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment
