You'll be the face of the restaurant, ensuring every guest is welcomed warmly and looked after from the moment they arrive. It's a fast-paced, high-volume environment, so you'll need to be organised, calm under pressure, and obsessed with giving great service.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and check in all guests upon arrival
Manage reservations and walk-in queues efficiently
Coordinate with the kitchen and floor teams to ensure smooth service
Handle any guest issues or complaints in a calm, professional manner
Train and lead front of house staff to deliver consistent service
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in reception and lobby areas
Keep track of guest feedback and work closely with the management team to improve the customer experience
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a front-of-house or customer service management role
Strong communication and leadership skills
A calm, professional approach to problem solving
A friendly, welcoming personality with a high attention to detail
Ability to stay organised during busy service times
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
